Researcher and consultant in project design in community and organizational learning, focused on social changes and transition architectures with emphasis on reconciliation, truth, memory and social learning in contexts of transition from war to peace. She is a specialist in qualitative methodologies for adaptation to change, local collaboration and peacebuilding. She is a Political Scientist, and has two master's degrees in International Affairs and in the Psychology of Knowledge and Learning. Psychologist, specialist in Regional Development Management and a candidate for a Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Development Studies. Currently, she is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and managing knowledge in the peace, justice, and reconciliation programs of the United Nations Program – UNDP in Colombia. She has worked as a leader of regional humanitarian aid and development cooperation programs on migration, gender, and indigenous women in Latin America. In the last two years, she has promoted the incorporation of Behavioral Sciences in socioeconomic reintegration programs, transitional justice and pedagogy for Peace at UNDP Colombia.

He is currently a professor at EAN University, where he co-directs the NeuroLab and leads research in Innovation in Education. With expertise in neuroscience, epigenetics, and immunology, he integrates behavior as a key determinant in interventions to promote health and sustainable development. He is also an assistant professor in the Master’s Program in Sustainable and Regenerative Development at the University of the Andes and a member of the Young Scientific Leadership Network of Latin America and the Caribbean, where he advocates for the OneHealth model to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals.
